Hello, my name is Kimberly Covey, and I am both a friend and colleague of Alana Nickerson. I want to share that Alana has recently been diagnosed with Stage 2 Grade 3 Breast Cancer, and the past few weeks have been incredibly challenging for her.

In light of this, I have taken the initiative to raise funds to support her during the next six months, as she will be taking time off work to focus on her treatment and recovery. Anyone who knows Alana knows how her smile can brighten your day, her laughter is infectious, and she is truly a remarkable person.

Alana is fortunate to have the support of her fiancé, Matt, her friends and family, and her Cloverdale community. Her medical team is acting swiftly, and she will be starting her treatment on October 16th, following her last day of work on October 15th.
