Support Alex and Allan's Relocation Efforts

My name is Alex Kahn. Me and my dad have lived in Bellport for many years in the same home. However, in recent years, our family has lost two members: my mom, Marion, in 2020 and my twin brother, Adam, in June 2023. These tragedies, plus my dad Allan's declining health, have made our attempts to keep staying in our longtime home increasingly impossible. Our house is being foreclosed upon and the auction will be in December. We are trying to sell, but we are unsure of what the end result of that will be.

I am asking for help with relocation and new housing expenses. I have set the initial amount at what I expect moving expenses plus the initial down payment for a new place. I will update with our latest developments in relocating.
