Please Help Support Alexis and Baby Jasper After Devastating Car Accident

Hi friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support for Alexis and baby Jasper after a terrifying and traumatic event that has left them both fighting for recovery. If you’ve been following their journey, you know how much love and anticipation they’ve been pouring into the arrival of little Jasper, but unfortunately, things took a harrowing turn.

On March 29th at 3:45 PM, Alexis was involved in a devastating head-on collision. As you can imagine, this was an extremely traumatic and frightening moment for her, especially since she was 32 weeks pregnant with baby Jasper at the time.

Alexis had to be extracted from her vehicle and rushed to a trauma hospital, where the severity of her injuries became apparent. She suffered a broken ankle, and immediately, the medical team began working tirelessly to stabilize both Alexis and her unborn son.

While Alexis was in surgery to stabilize her leg, they had to stop and perform an emergency C-section to save Jasper’s life.

Around 8:16 PM, baby Jasper was born at 4 lbs 10 oz. He came into the world feisty, with bright strawberry blonde hair, and immediately began showing his strength! He had to be intubated at birth, but true to form, he quickly demanded they remove the tube and adjusted to a CPAP to help with breathing. Despite his courage, Jasper is dealing with some significant challenges, including a broken arm and not getting to bond with his mama.

Daddy Lucas has been so great but of course has felt so helpless watching this all unfold before him. He is suffering as much pain as his little family, but truly as strong as Lexi and Jasper. He has been a true hero in all of this.

As for Alexis, her situation is also incredibly difficult. Her right leg had to be put in traction to stabilize the broken bones, and she faces an upcoming surgery to insert plates and screws. She’s in a lot of pain and shock, coping with the physical and emotional trauma of this sudden, frightening experience. As a mother, it’s devastating to have her pregnancy interrupted so abruptly, but she is incredibly strong and determined to get through this.

At this time, Alexis and Jasper are both in different hospitals, focusing on their recovery. We’re doing everything we can to support them and show each of them they are loved, to help them heal as quickly as possible. Many have asked how can we help?

How You Can Help:

Prayers and Positive Thoughts: Please keep Alexis, baby Jasper, and daddy Lucas in your thoughts and prayers.

Donations: If you’re able to contribute, any amount will go directly to helping with the family’s immediate needs as they navigate through this recovery process.

We know this is a difficult time for everyone, and we are grateful for all the love and support we have received so far. We’ll continue to update everyone on Alexis and Jasper’s progress here as they both heal. Your support means the world to us right now.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

With gratitude,
Holly (Alexis’ mom & Jasper’s Lolli) and family
