Support Aleyah and family in the time of cancer

1/30/2024… the date that will forever change our lives again.

The date when a 1 hour MRI, turns to 3 and your mom gut just knows something isn’t right…

The date when a doctor comes to give you the results and calls you and your husband into a little room to talk and you feel the lump in your throat growing…

The date that you never think you’ll hear cancer and tumor next to your own child names…

The date that I have cried, went numb, felt lost and going through so many emotions…

The date that I am thankful I advocated for my child when her PCP did nothing and said she had a sprained back muscle…

Aleyah has a cancerous tumor on her spine. We are in avid prayer continuing as we repeat another sedated MRI tomorrow to make sure it hasn’t also attached to the brain area.

We have no words at this time as we process this fight.

As Brandi is the only income; her family needs all the help and support financially to be able to be present with her child battling this and her husband taking the other kids between school and appointments. Whether you have $1, $10 or $100; any donation, share, like and prayer is beyond appreciated from the bottom of her heart and ours to keep them afloat and present.

They are currently going to proceed with another MRI tomorrow to make sure the tumor hasn’t spread to her brain.

Surgery is scheduled for Friday.

And then tentatively will start rehab and radiation. The key is the radiation will beat it but if not; chemo will be introduced.
