Support Alma's Family in Their Time of Loss

On behalf of the family and friends of Alma Alicia Alvarez we are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Alma. She was a caring, loving, funny and unique soul, words can’t describe her personality and her heart. Alma’s entire life from the age of 5 was disrupted with a blood disease that affected her ability to walk, loss of limbs etc. Although that never brought her down, Alma’s strong Resilient mindset and from the help of her sisters, family and friends she carried on with life as if it never affected her, she went on to have two loving sons whom she loved very much and did anything and everything in her power for them. She cared for everyone around her, always offering help , always checking in on her loved ones and friends to make sure they were good with finances, mental and physical health and everything in general that she could possibly help with. She was diagnosed with a kidney disease in 2010 which stuck her in a loop of permanent dialysis appointments for years, and diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year in April 15th 2024. She fought through everything she went through, tears were shed and emotions ran loose, but that never ever gave her the reason to give up. She fought until the very end up until the sunrise of Oct 9th, 2024 when God decided that it was her time to rest peacefully and spend eternal life with him.
