Please Help Our Altadena Neighborhood After Devastating Fire

My name is Rachael and my family and I have been Altadena residents for over 35 years.

On January 7th, our close-knit community in Altadena, California, was forever changed. A fast-moving fire tore through our street, leaving devastation in its wake. Tragically, most of the homes on our street were completely destroyed; and even with very few still standing, all families are completely displaced.

While we were fortunate that no lives in our neighborhood were lost, the emotional and financial toll is unimaginable. Families who have lived here for generations are now grappling with the overwhelming challenge of rebuilding their lives from the ground up. Many lost everything—their homes, cherished memories, and essential items.

This is a neighborhood that has always come together in times of need, but the scope of this disaster is beyond what any of us could have imagined. As a community, we are reaching out to you for help.
