Support ALTV in creating a great Hunt Sab film

Hi, my name is Max and I am the content creator of the YouTube channel Animal Liberation TV (ALTV).

The Unspeakable.

(A part quote of Oscar Wilde, where he stated of foxhunting, it was “the unspeakable in pursuit of the uneatable”).

I want to raise funds to make a film about hunting in the UK, that still takes place, despite the ban, and about Hunt Saboteurs, who last year celebrated 60 years since their inception.

I want to produce a contemporary film that documents the current situation accurately (the need for enforcement of the Hunting Act, the violence against wild life and also Hunt Sabs) and can be used as:

A campaigning tool.

An educational tool.

A lobbying tool.

And also a recruiting tool.

I am a long standing animal rights activist, campaigner and spokesperson.

I am embedded within the animal rights and Sab culture and world. I am good friends with many of the people that will take part in filming. I have the inside stories, and also the necessary experience and knowledge. I have a reputation within the movement of being dedicated, passionate and serious about these issues.

Last summer I applied for a film grant to make a short doc (18mins, which maximises the chance of the film being shown at film festivals, and in turn, of being spotted and taken up by distributors, eg. Netflix and the like).

Unfortunately, only 1 in 15 of the grant applications could be chosen and it didn't include my proposal.

However, as I felt I had created a great idea for a very important and extremely relevant film, I have decided to launch this appeal.

The funds will be used for transport costs (travelling to locations of hunts, interviews, etc), Netflix standard camera hire, and work by experienced editors, producers and directors who will assist me in this production.

I aim to use this film for impact distribution, where I can take this film all around the UK (and beyond) to raise the profile of the animal rights movement as a whole.

If you would like to help make an up to date and highly politically, and socially, relevant film, that could also be used to recruit new Sabs and activists, then please help me realise this project and take this movement forward.
