Please Support My Journey To The African Championship 2024

Dear All,

My name is Alyah. I am a 14 year old who has been selected as the only girl on the National Optimist Sailing Team to represent my beautiful country, Tanzania, at the 2024 African Optimist Championship in Seychelles this September. I am so excited to have the opportunity to compete against some of the best sailors from around the world. Last year I competed in my first African Championship in Morocco and I placed, 6th African female overall and this year i am striving to come 1st African Female.

I need $3,000 to cover the cost of participation fees, travel, and accommodation. This is a significant amount of money for me and my family, and I am reaching out to the world to help sponsor me to make my dreams come true, no amount is too big or small. I want to inspire other young girls in Tanzania to pursue their passions.
