Support Alysa's Journey to Mental Wellness

My name is Alysa. I have struggled off and on with mental health (bipolar 1, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and BPD) most of my life. After my father’s passing in Oct 2022, my mental health has gotten worse. I've been in therapy for almost a year and a half now. I'm currently in an outpatient program, but I'm seeking a 30-day inpatient program as of today. And have been accepted on a hardship sponsorship at the Scottsdale providence.

As my suicidal ideation has gotten the best of me. I struggle with finding the will to live on most days, so I’m seeking additional help. With me going into a 30-day program, this means I will be unable to work and will struggle to pay my bills during the time of treatment, so I thought I’d reach out to the world for help.

My rent is currently $1,600. I'm hoping to raise enough for at least one month; if I can for two months, great, if not, anything will help. I do have 2 fur babies I take care of too, I have allowed the thought of missing work to stop me from seeking an intensive impatient treatment. As I’ve been In recovery from active addiction for 4 years now and have built my life from scratch and terrified of losing what I have gained. I look forward to getting back to the mentally healthy, self loving human I once was. I hope my story reach’s many one day. We do and can recover with the help of others. I’m finally breaking my silence and done suffering in silence.
