Support Amanda in her battle against Cancer part 2

Donation protected
Hello We are friends of Amanda Brausieck working to support her in every way we can.
In February 2024 our friend and coworker, Amanda, was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and is fighting her second round against cancer.
Here is her story in her words.

Back in 2021 at the age of 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer, and then found out 2 weeks later that she was pregnant with her first child. She decided to take a much longer medical route to ensure that she could deliver while going through cancer treatment. In 2023 she returned to work after she completed her radiation treatment. On June 4, 2023, she had been told that she officially beat cancer, or so we thought. In November, Amanda began developing a cough that wouldn't go away.

She attributed it to having a toddler in daycare, coming off of medications and she just assumed that that was life. Then in February she decided to see her oncologist who did a CT scan and found a 4+ inch mass in her right lung. A 4+ inch mass that didn't exist in her lung back in October when she had her last CT.

By the time all the testing was finished, Amanda was restaged with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer at the age of 34. She later found out through additional staging tests that the cancer has spread beyond her right lung and has now begun spreading to her left lung, has infected her lymphatic system and has begun spreading to her brain. The mass in her right lung is threatening to collapse the lung if she doesn't move quickly into radiation and chemo in hopes of shrinking the mass.

She was able to fight through cancer the first time with a brave face. But with the cancer spreading to so many new areas, she is faced with the terrifying reality of stage 4 cancer and the cost and timeline for this newly spread cancer. The battle that she faces has no timeline, and is based on how the cancer reacts to the treatment. Every donation, no matter how much, brings Amanda closer to fighting, beating, and coming out of this experience better, stronger and sassier than ever.

All funds will be collected to assist with medical bills, transportation costs to get to her appointments, food and household necessities.

Thank you all for your compassion and support.
