Thank you for visiting the page and considering donating to Amanda, my name is Pablo and I am helping Amanda raise finds for her and her family.

As many of us have experienced extreme emergencies, we needed support from our community. This is the chance we get to build and support community, expanding it to Amanda and her family.

From her own words:

“In an instant, my entire life changed. One moment, my house was a home for my dogs and me—a place filled with love, comfort, and the dream of a fresh start after months of remodeling and hard work. The next moment, everything I had worked so hard for was gone, reduced to ashes by a devastating house fire. It’s hard to put into words the shock and pain of watching everything disappear so quickly.

For those of you who know me well, you understand how much time, effort, and every last penny I invested into remodeling my home. I poured all my savings into making it a better place for me and my dogs, believing it would be our safe haven. But without insurance to fall back on, I’m now left with nothing. I am, quite literally, homeless.

My dogs, who have been my constant companions, are currently separated from me, but I am beyond grateful to the loved ones who have taken them in and are caring for them as their own. It’s been incredibly hard to be apart from them during such a difficult time, but knowing they are safe brings me some peace.

Right now, I’m staying in motels, doing everything I can to keep a roof over my head and avoid living out of my car, especially with winter fast approaching. It’s a day-to-day struggle, and as much as I wish I didn’t have to, I’m reaching out for help. This is not easy for me to write, and it’s even harder for me to ask, but I’m in a place where I can use any assistance—no matter how small.

I’ve lost everything: clothes, essentials, hygiene products, and everything I had built up over the years. I am in urgent need of basic necessities just to get by. Whether it’s a dollar, a pack of underwear, gift cards for dog food, or anything else you can spare, I would be endlessly grateful. Every little bit helps, and I know that beggars can’t be choosers, so whatever you can offer, I will appreciate with all my heart.

This is an incredibly difficult time, and I’m overwhelmed by the support I’ve already received from friends and family. Your kindness means more than I can express, and it’s that kindness that will help me find the strength to move forward. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering lending a hand as I try to rebuild from this unimaginable loss.”
