Support Amanda's Recovery Journey

Hello from Amanda's family.

As you may know, in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 23, 2024, Amanda was taken by Life Flight to Toledo Hospital with stroke-like symptoms. Once there, after hours of attempting to stabilize her, she underwent open brain surgery for a brain tumor. The tumor had caused bleeding in her brain and a stroke. It was doubtful she would survive this ordeal, but she's a fighter with many prayer warriors by her side. She has indeed survived and continues to astound everyone with her progress.

The unfortunate truth is, Amanda is not able to work. How long she will be prohibited is still unclear, but her doctor told us he sees a 6 month restriction, at least. There remains an inoperable tumor on her brain stem, that could preclude her from ever working again, but we will continue to pray and prepare to cross that bridge when we come to it.

Her current employment situation leaves her without the finances to cover her car and phone payments.
