Hello!

My name is Amber and my wife, Kasey, and I have been going through IVF for the last two years. We have one amazing teenager from my previous relationship, and we are so excited to grow our family. IVF is a wild ride, and it is just as draining emotionally, mentally, and physically as it is financially. Ideally, we plan to get one biological embryo from me. The challenge: I have low AMH (.19) and DOR. These two factors have led me to need six retrievals. This is six anesthesia naps, 12-15 days (times 6) of injections, multiple birth control packages, intramuscular injections (OIL-based), and the loss of control of my emotions and responses to stress. So, why GoFundMe?

The process is expensive, and my time is running out! Also, we recently learned that our donor is out of premium vials that were helping reduce costs as they can be split into two vials (so a BOGO, if you will). Further, I am old and tired, and I want to celebrate 2025 with a pregnancy.

Sperm Storage: $60/month (estimated $360 for 6 months)

Retrieval Round Fee: $750 per cycle

Transfer Round Fee: $500 per cycle

Embryo Transfer: $2,192.32 (estimated as of 1/31/2024)

Egg Retrieval: $4,726.60 (estimated as of 1/2/2024)

Medication Costs: $500-$6,000 per cycle (depending on deductible and retrieval vs. transfer)
