Support Amber through her time of need

My sister was involved in a terrible accident at home that involved her dominant right hand. All nerves and tendons were severed. She had surgery for her hand, while at the hospital they discovered she had some heart issues also. The doctors and therapist say she has a very hard and long road to recovery. With hard work and determination I know she will get through this. My sister has 4 girls, 3 teenagers and a 2 year old. She has no income at all right now. She is currently looking for employment but it very limited due to physical therapy 2-3 times a week and can’t use her right dominant hand.
