Support Amy Triplett Cassidy's Emergency Medical Fund

Dearest friends and family, our beloved Amy Triplett Cassidy is in need of immediate support!

As an educator, creator, artist, dancer and fierce Mama Bear to her two boys and all she knows, Amy has been assisting her larger community since the moment she could. Amy served as an early childhood educator for the Nevada City Little Flower preschool for five years and now enjoys Nannying for sweet children during their development years.

Over the almost 17 years that I've known Amy, I have had the greatest honor to work alongside her in early years of Pet Project & Railroad Earth's Hangtown Halloween Ball costume creation, performance ,design and ambiance arts. One of my personal highlights was to witness her step into a performance role the year of our largest parcipant Vampire production. Amy joined our dance troupe and was featured on the train platforms during Railroad's live set!

Her support and participation was an integral part as the festival grew and she has always poured her heart into the magic of the RRE community!

On the dance floor or out in the local scene, Amy has been spinning webs of love in our hearts as a dedicated music lover and Railroad Earth dearest hobo.

In a recent and sudden turn of recent events, Amy was hospitalized for stomach pain. This led to an emergency exploratory surgery. During this procedure, they were able to confirm she has cancer that has rapidly spread through her lower abdomen. Additional tumors were also found on her intestines. She is currently at UC Davis in the care of doctors who are still working to create the best plan for her recovery!

As a larger community, the goal is to keep our hearts and minds set on that positive path forward! Her giving spirit inspires all who meet her... and now it's time for us to find our best way to show up & have her back!

During this time of medical emergency, Amy is in need of financial support to stay above water with her bills. If you are able to make a donation, all funds will go directly to support her bills and aid. Whether it is $5 or $50, any amount is welcome and greatly appreciated!
