Support Amy's Journey to Health and Recovery

Hello my name is Kelly. My bestie of 30+ years Amy has recently been going through some medical issues. Earlier this year, she ended up being admitted into the hospital because her blood pressure was extremely high. Through further testing they confirmed that she had mini stokes and kidney disease that will require a kidney transplant. She has to go through all of the clearances to even be able to be put on the list to be able to find a donor. Upon doing these appointments for the clearance, her cardiologist has found two serious blockages in her heart that will now require her to have a double bypass in the next month. She will receive FMLA through work but that will only kick in after a certain amount of time. With the holidays coming and with the time she will have to take off to recover safely and fully her FMLA will not cover all of her bills let alone provide a decent Christmas for children. I know the holidays are coming, but if you can help take at least some burden and worry from her we would greatly appreciate it the help.
