Anamaria's Heart Transplant Gift: Help Donor Families

Dear friends, family, and supporters,

My name is Anamaria Hernandez, and on July 6th, 2024, my life was forever changed when I received a heart transplant at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida.

Words cannot fully express the depth of my gratitude for the incredible gift I was chosen to receive. This miracle was achieved by the selfless courage of my donor and their loved ones, who, during their time of profound loss, gave me the most precious gift imaginable—the gift of life.

So I decided that for my birthday I am raising funds to support my donor’s family and any other donor family in need.

Your donation, no matter how big or small, will go directly toward helping these families as they navigate this difficult journey. It is my way of honoring the incredible gift I received, and together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who have given so much. Many of these families face financial hardships while enduring an unimaginable loss. I feel the need to pay this gift forward by easing their burdens in whatever way I can.

Every morning, I wake up with a heart full of gratitude, determined to honor this second chance. I am committed to cherishing every moment and living a life that reflects the generosity of my donor's family, who made this possible.
