My name is Emily Lizotte and my aunt Cheryl Thompson was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. She is a loving mother, cherished sister, encouraging aunt, and loyal friend.

Cheryl is also a beloved hair stylist in Lisbon, ME, where she is the owner of Lisbon Hair Studio. Cheryl's unwavering passion for hair has touched the lives of countless individuals over her 33 year career. Now, its our turn to give back and provide her with the love, support, and financial assistance she needs during this challenging time.

Her smile lights up a room and her bravery inspires others. This cancer diagnosis does not define who Cheryl is but she needs support and encouragement in order to beat this disease. Cheryl's upcoming journey includes a lower right lobe surgery on November 30th, followed by a recovery period of 6-8 weeks. This means she will be away from her business, her livelihood and a source of her joy. We believe she should not have to worry about financial concerns that come from medical expenses, treatment costs and loss of income during this period. She humbly asks for this support.
