Support and Financial Help for Beth Johnson

In 2018, Unfortunately I was diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer. In October with the recommendation of my medical team I had surgery to remove the bottom left lobe of my lung and a month later I started four rounds of chemotherapy. I finished chemo in late January of 2019. In March, I had a clear pet scan ! Then in May, I had another routine  pet scan and discovered the cancer had returned . I was diagnosed with Metastatic Plural Effusion, stage 4 lung cancer.  At this time, I am not a candidate for chemo or surgery. But I am able to receive a immunotherapy drug called Keytruda. This drug is designed to help my immune system to fight the cancer and after several treatments things are improving but sadly  I am no longer able to work. I have applied for long term  disability which generally can take quite some time to see if I will be eligible or not, which has been an enormous financial and emotional stress on my family. Although the past 2 years has been a very difficult journey , the prayers and support of Family and Friends have made us feel incredibly loved and blessed.  It is so difficult to ask for help because I have always worked hard. But now , I can not. So I am asking for people to help us in anyway they can. May God Bless You all and Thank you for all your support and prayers.
