Support Andrea Fitzherbert's Family in Crisis

My name is Staci Michaud. I am a very close friend of Andrea Fitzherbert’s as well as her family. For those of you whom do not in fact know her, she is a mother of several beautiful children, a wonderful friend to many of us all, as well as a Mama to her sweet fur baby Charlie Buggles! Recently she was in a tragic car accident in Bridgewater, ME. She was taken via life flight to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME with severe injuries to her body. Andrea’s daughter and mother are currently on day 5 of spending every waking moment with Andrea. She is still in critical condition, in a coma, although it does seem that she is making progress daily! I ask you that you keep both her and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this tragic time!

I have created this GoFund with hopes that we can all come together as a community to help support this hurting family! Andrea’s mother and daughter are currently facing many financial hardships when it comes to paying for hotel stays in the area to not only visit with their loved one, but remain close by as she recovers from her multiple injuries. Several calls have been made to local agencies with hopes to gain some assistance in this matter. Unfortunately we have not gotten very far. I personally spoke to the social worker at the hospital today and was told that the only thing they can possibly help with is a medical discount at a hotel. This medical discount offers 15% off per night stay. I am a hotel rewards member and called their corporate office to see what I could get for a rate on a room to accommodate their housing needs for a week. I was told that through my member rewards I could reserve a room for the week for $671 and some change. This room reservation would be less than 5 miles away from the hospital which would be incredibly convenient! Currently I am seeking assistance with making this reservation a reality for this family! If you could assist me in providing this I would be forever grateful!

The money raised will be used to help accommodate the family with this financial hardship as well as provide food to their bellies and gas to and from the hospital. I ask that you please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers daily! I will continue to provide updates on Andrea’s condition as they become available!
