Support Angela Villalobos After Tragic Loss
Donation protected
One of Sierra Vista's beloved teachers, Angela Villalobos, lost her husband, Michael, unexpectedly on Saturday, July 13th. Michael was an over-the-road truck driver who was on the road in Indiana at the time of his death. Michael had been in immense pain caused by a fractured rib and was unable to drive due to the medication prescribed by a local hospital.
To make matters worse, Michael did not have any life insurance or a will in place at the time of his death. Michael and Angela were supported by a two-income household that is now reduced to one. Angela is a teacher at the local high school (making a teacher's salary) and enrolled in graduate school.
If you know Angela, you know how smart she is. You know she raised two boys with Michael, and has two dogs who are helping her through this horrible situation. Angela loves her job and her students. Angela is resilient and hardworking, but did not plan on suddenly being alone, losing the love of her life to an unexpected death.
UPDATE: JULY 18TH
Thank you for all the support for Angela. The support has been amazing. Currently, Angela is at a crossroads getting his ashes places and setting up a memorial service. The costs of the final resting place are on Angela since Michael did not have life insurance. Angela also has to pay to his internment (costs for placement in the family plot), another expense she was not prepared for. Please consider helping Angela with these expenses.
Thanks to everyone who has donated!!
