Hi, I'm Angela I have been recently diagnosed with 2 brain tumors and I'm quickly losing my sight. I only have 24 and 26% of my optical nerves remaining. I was transferred to NW in Chicago IL NW was not able to determine the reason for losing my sight, progression, or how much longer I'll have the ability to see. The Neuro Oncologist said that she is pretty sure I don't have cancer but I need to spend as much time as I can with Family because there's no hope for my sight. They have transferred me to The Lighthouse Center for the blind in Chicago and to Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. I do not have the ability to drive any longer.
- I am in need of help paying for hotel stays during evaluation and treatment, transportation to and from Rochester MN, equipment, food, banking fees for this site, and other expenses.
