Support Angela's Journey to Rebuild after Eaton Fire
Donation protected
On January 8 the community of Altadena suffered a tragic and horrific wildfire and windstorm. My sister Angela’s home was destroyed in the fire and her business suffered serious damage.
Angela had recently moved into her home and started setting up a cozy space for her and her kids and her dogs. We celebrated our first Christmas with the whole family just recently in December and it was exciting to see Angela getting settled in her forever space. After moving around for the last few years she was excited to finally be in a place that was hers to make a home.
Along with her home, her business Adelaide(2595 Fair Oaks Ave), a local boutique had just opened in November. The two shop kittens were barely saved as the flames and embers approached. While it’s still standing, it’s suffered a huge amount of damage and will be a huge task to build up again.
The funds will be used to help her find temporary housing, care for her kids, and care for her dogs as she begins to navigate rebuilding her home and life.
My sister is amazingly kind, creative, and loving. Her life has been disrupted in such an unbelievable way and any amount to help her begin rebuilding is appreciated.
