Tragic Loss Left Family Devastated

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the tragic loss of Tonya Terry on Saturday, July 6th, 2024.

Tonya recently moved back home from Florida to be closer to family. During the short six months of her being back she cherished every family function. She has an infectious smile and loved to spread love amongst her family members. She admired her siblings. She had a promising fresh start to regaining her footing here in NC.

Angela Jefferson and Eric Small were not only witness the accident but they were the first reponders and took action to help save their sisters life. Who knew your career of being a EMR/Firefighter would be used in a life saving attempt for your very own sister. #Share #Forever53

With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it can also bring financial burdens. We want to lift as much of the financial burden in relation to funeral expenses as possible. The family has not been able to locate or recover any life insurance policies. Any support you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

It is in times of sadness and loss when people can come together to help one another make it through. Please keep Tonya’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
