Support Ann Stone's Visitation and Funeral Service Expenses

Hi guys, this is Ann Stone's grandson, Kyle Atwater.

Ann had two strokes back on July 4th, and was in the ER out to St. Marys, but we got transferred to OSF in Bloomington IL. She was in the ICU for awhile and then was moved to the main floor of the hospital. Ann was transported to Bounce Back here in Galesburg IL. She was at Bounce Back for 2-3 weeks and then the insurance kicked her out. Ann came home and my aunt Kathy and aunt Sharon took care of her with my dad Richard and my 2 cousins, Randy Atwater and Kathy Doney. We had OSF hospice in, anyone that knew her she was very independent. But she needed help to do the everyday needs.

She was doing a little better when she came home. She always wanted Ice Cream and asking for my brother C- Jay and I. Everyone that visited her, knew she loved having her family and having company.

Sunday she was tired, and sometime late Sunday night and early Monday morning Ann was unresponsive. I went to see her before I went to work yesterday morning, and she was breathing heavy. I was telling to her, “you gotta wake up so we can go get a steak when you get better, and I’ll be back later, and I love you!”

Yesterday on September 10th, Ann passed away peacefully at home with family and loved ones! We planned her visitation and funeral today, and it is very expensive. If you can help , please do and we appreciate it very much!
