Support Annette's Family in Their Time of Need

Many of you have learned of the passing of our loving mother, Annette Duarte. We are beyond grateful for all of the kind words and support that we have received since the time we learned of her cancer in January. Although she fought very hard, she succumbed to her disease after fighting so bravely. We are at peace that she didn’t have a lengthy fight, that you hear of often, however, we didn’t have much time to prepare for these expenses. The cancer came on aggressively and Nicole dedicated herself since then, taking time off from work to be there, caring for mom's everyday needs as she was not able to care for herself. There are state programs to help in these situations which we were in the process of applying for. Unfortunately, she didn’t make it long enough for us to benefit from these programs.

We have started this page in efforts to help financially as we do not have the means to cover cremation expenses and memorial costs. We would like nothing more than to provide our mother with a beautiful memorial where all of her friends and family can gather and share our love for our mother, Annette. We thank you so much for considering even a small amount. We appreciate all the support, encouragement, and prayers during this time.
