Support Anthony Rushing's Funeral Costs

Anthony Dwayne Rushing of Parsons, Tennessee unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024. He was hospitalized on Friday, November 22nd, and in less than 24 hours, unfortunately lost his battle to diabetes, which he wasn’t even aware he had. Anthony was born on March 11th, 1970 and attended Riverside High School in Parsons. He is survived by his life-partner, Retha Davis.

Anthony was not dealt the fairest cards in life. He lost both his parents, Truman and Linda Rushing, too early in life. But one thing he did love was music and playing his guitar. He was blessed and talented in his abilities, and was an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers. Anthony loved to watch the weather, acting as our own personal weatherman providing us with updates and warnings to keep his family, friends, and loved ones safe from the storms.

His family is working to provide him with a funeral service. We are trying to raise donations to support the costs of the funeral and burial. Anthony did not have any life insurance or savings to cover the cost of these expenses, unfortunately. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes a donation to assist with the cost of the funeral services. Any amount you are able to donate would help tremendously in laying Anthony to rest.
