John Henry Fitzpatrick the III the went into cardiac arrest the morning of Friday, November 15 and November 16 he was pronounced deceased. John is survived by the love of his life, Ariel Ghoston, and his beloved cat HP. John was the kind of guy who you thought was kind of an ass until you got to know him. Once you got closer to him you discovered a depth and humor that couldn't go unnoticed, especially considering all he had to overcome. Because John was raised in foster care, he was estranged from his biological family, and along with Ariel his close friends became his family.
