Support Artist DeAnna - From Caregiver to Job Seeker

Donation protected
Hello friends - it's Giving Tuesday, and this year I wanted to shine a spotlight on a very deserving soul in our community who could use a helping hand. My dear friend and fellow MassArt alumna DeAnna was laid off from her job of 10+ years this past June upon the shop's closure and has been searching for a new job since then. Her spirits are getting incredibly low as her endless efforts keep turning up empty. DeAnna is an unspeakably kind, warm, loving person - she's an artist of the highest degree who gives so much of herself to her friends and community. She spent nearly two years as her mother's end-of-life caregiver and has had difficulty getting back into the full swing of things since her passing last winter. DeAnna thankfully has secure housing for the moment, but her unemployment benefits are coming to an end in two weeks. She is facing food and financial insecurity, and today more than ever I want to help lift her by easing that fear in any way I can - if you have any small donation, the funds will go directly to her heating bills and food budget, and if you have any leads on creative (or otherwise!) work in the greater Boston area, ANY company would be so lucky to have her bright spirit on their team.
