Support Ashlee Through AML Chemo Treatments
Donation protected
My niece Ashlee Ray went to the hospital December 22nd not feeling well. After running tests, Ashlee was diagnosed with AML. Doctors said if she had not gone to hospital when she did she would have gone to sleep and not have woken up. She was dying. Her kidneys were shutting down, her heart was struggling to pump blood, her bowels were shutting down. It's a true miracle that she is alive. She is 35 with a teenage son. She has begun intense chemo treatments and will be at Vanderbilt for about a month. She will need a bone marrow transplant and brain surgery for brain bleeds as a result of medications. She has great doctors and staff taking care of her. We are in constant prayer and looking for her to go into remission. Her beautiful smile radiates through the pain.
With all that being said, insurance only covers so much and she will be unable to work for a year once in remission. In order to help fill in the gap for her, I am asking you to pray and if you feel led to donate it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your prayers and any assistance great or small.
