Hello, my name is Jessica, and I am reaching out to you today to support my dear friend and chosen sister, Ashley. Ashley is an incredible person who has dedicated her life to helping others, but now she needs our help.

Ashley's Journey:

Recently, Ashley underwent surgery to remove a tumor from her thyroid, which unfortunately led to the removal of her entire thyroid and the discovery of cancer. The surgeon revealed that the tumor had likely been growing for years, unnoticed despite Ashley’s persistent health issues. For years, Ashley has been navigating the complexities of the American healthcare system, often being told that her problems were merely due to her weight. Despite these challenges, she continued to fight for answers and better health.

Who Is Ashley?

Ashley is a body-positive model, a therapist, an educator, a speaker, and a role model. She has tirelessly worked to bring modern scientific thought, research, and advancements to the public, aiming to address global health issues rooted in toxic cultural traits, lack of education, and insufficient communication through meaningful healing work in children and families, and adults as well as human culture. Ashley’s work is inspired by leading figures in social science and psychology, including Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Johann Hari, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Viktor Frankl, and Deepak Chopra.

Ashley is also an active member and educator in the Shibari/rope-bondage community, advocating for safety, integrity, and accountability. She is a published writer and model in kink publications, has been featured in Episode 19 of the Shibari Study podcast, and pursues kink education all over the country as well as her home communities of Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Her passion for kink education has led her to study with renowned experts worldwide.

Ashley’s Mission:

With a Master’s in Psychology from Northeastern State University and in pursuit of her doctorate, Ashley’s dream is to open a clinic dedicated to healing and education. She envisions a space where individuals can receive holistic health care, encompassing both medical and spiritual practices. Why We Need Your Help:

Ashley has always been there for others, giving her time, energy, and love to anyone in need in spite of a lifetime of trauma that would have crushed so many others. Being orphaned and estranged from her family at a young age, abused in many situations and relationships, failing health in spite of living healthily.

Now, she needs our support. Due to her health problems, she has been unable to work since the surgery and, as an independent contractor, this means no income and having to cover her own medical insurance costs. It’s time for us to give back to Ashley, to show her the support and healing she has given to so many.
