Support Assault Survivor with Medical Bills vehicle repair

On 11/1/24 2:00 the morning after halloween night i was involved in a hit and run as well physically a physical assault. As i asked the man for his insurance, he didn't cooperate from the beginning. I had called the cops he had acted aggressively from the beginning. It was halloween night so im more than sure he was intoxicated (he was also holding to what it seemed like a blunt), as i waited for the cops in my car he opened my door. My door didnt lock since it doesn't have phyical locks, the crash might have messed up the sensors therefore i wasnt able to lock my car he openes the door drags me out and throws me on the pavement. He steps on my left eye and forehead as well as punches me steps on my hand. He then takes off recklessly, and the cops arrive after i was assaulted . Im asking for anyone that knows him or might have info on him to please PM or the lady in the passenger seat/ picture.
