Support Audree Dillard's Road to Recovery

Audree Dillard has made her mark as one of the most talented drummers we have had the opportunity to meet and hear. She has spent decades getting folks off their feet and on the dance floor to party and have a good time, and she has a good time with them. Over the years, Audree has played and sang with several bands, girl groups, church choirs and music artists, and yet remains amazingly humble and is always willing to teach anyone who has an interest in learning how to play, which is a rare trait these days.

On Sept. 7th 2024, Audree suffered a stroke and fell while at home, causing the entire left side of her body to be paralyzed and was unable to move or call for help for the over 24 hours it took before she received medical attention. Since then, Audree has remained in the hospital receiving around the clock care. Her left side is still paralyzed, but she is scheduled to begin physical therapy soon to try and reverse the effects, and she wants everyone to know, first and foremost, that she is ok and is doing her best to get better everyday.

In the meantime, she still has rent, bills and other financial responsibilities that she cannot currently take care of, and so this is a call for help, if any is out there. It is unknown exactly how long it will take her to be mobile again, but our hope it to give her one less thing to worry about and make sure she can focus on recovery.
