Support AudreyRose Vintage's Exciting Expansion

It's your favorite vintage babe, sitting in front of you, doing something completely outside of their wheelhouse.
The amount of time I've spent thinking on this and procrastinating the actual writing of...is, well, a lot.
I'm ready to take the next step for my business and I want you to join me. I want to expand and grow the amazing community this vintage business has blessed me with.
AudreyRose Vintage used to be in a 700sqft brick and mortar in S. Mpls. I moved out of that space because my landlords were simply not taking care of our gorgeous old building. My commitment to my business is always the most important and that space was no longer meant for us. Fast forward 5 months, a destination magical wedding in the history books and endless hours spent helping a friend open an amazing restaurant in the Twin Cities, it's time to set up AudreyRose Vintage part 2!
I've searched high and low and passed my own made deadline for when I would be up and running again. I've almost signed with one storefront a block away from the original one. I've thought about buying an old auto repair corner lot and then, I thought, well, what about warehouses? I've always wanted a warehouse because, hello!, room for activities! And, just as my mom and I had envisioned it, something fell into my lap. A man called Tony about having another warehouse available because Tony had contacted him about one 2 years ago?! (I didn't know anything about this).
So here we are folks, I'm asking you to be a part of AudreyRose Vintage Part 2: The Mullet Addition. We are renting and building out a 4000sqft warehouse in S. Mpls on 35th Ave S & Snelling (the Minneapolis one). It already has a semi finished retail space in the front with the party in the back (aka warehouse).
I am hoping to raise $20,000 as my penultimate goal.
This will help clear the credit card debt AudreyRose carries, allow us to build out the warehouse exactly how we want (new walls here, get rid of that wall there, ADA compliant bathrooms, patio, tile, mural), allow us to bulk up our backstock, hire our first OFFICIAL employee, add more wholesale accounts, and provide a small rent cushion for the first couple months.
AND little things like: way more insurance, permits, new branding materials, etc...
With this space and your support, not just my dreams can run wild, but so can yours. I've realized in the past 5 months that I adore vintage but it's really my tool to build community and raise others up.
