Support AumRak our dear Elders Medical Recovery

On Sept 21st at the Tribal Visions Festival in New Mexico, our beloved elder Aumrak fell and shattered her left elbow. Aumrak traveled to be with us, her first journey back to the festival in 5 years. She came to share her love, healing, ceremonial arts, and wisdom with all of us. She had plans to travel and see so many people she loved, but the Universe had a different plan for her. She spent a week in Colorado with her chosen family and then was able to fly to be with her daughters and await surgery. It took many weeks, but she finally had total reconstructive surgery on her elbow. The expected recovery time is 3 to 6 months. Aumrak supports herself by providing healing sessions, ceremonies, and community service. She has already missed one month of work and the medical expenses from the ER, then urgent care, travel, and surgery are piling up. We have ALL benefited from Aumrak's guidance and wisdom over the years. She has always fully shown up in service wherever she goes, intuitively knowing what we need, whether it's healing, ceremony, or an amazing meal. She is comfortable and beginning her healing process with her amazing daughters but still has a home, expenses, bills, and travel needs. Let us show our gratitude and love for our dearest elder and support her through this chapter in her life. Any amount is helpful, and so is sharing this far and wide.
