Our friend and local business owner, Andrew Hume, has been running his coffee cart in the Gresham Farmers Market for seven seasons now. He finally made the scary and exciting step of opening his own brick-and-mortar space on the same block where the market takes place, so that his customers are able to enjoy Autumn's amazing drinks and pastries year-round. Only TWO MONTHS after opening, a car accident took place that launched an F150 through the door/windows of the business, right towards customers and counter space. Incredibly, no one was seriously injured; however, the business will be in an uncertain position over at least the next couple of months. Between the loss of equipment and ensuring the staff are taken care of, there is a huge gap to fill. This is a newly beloved business in the community, and we want to keep it that way.
