Support Ayla fighting cancer

About three months ago, Ayla began getting sick with what seemed to be a bad sore throat that just wouldn't get better. As time passed, her pain became more severe and doctors couldn't seem to put their finger on it. In the meantime, Ayla continued to work, teach, dance, and put together an incredible performance mixing multiple mediums and collaborating with various artists. She never complained or stopped doing what she loved. Just three days before a project we have been working on for months, she was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in her throat.

Tomorrow she will undergo surgery to remove the tumor, and begin the process of healing.

To get her through this difficult time, Ayla has poured her heart and soul into furthering this series of performances we have been working on. Her idea is to combine her love of painting and her love of dancing together, and involve as many creative minds as possible to create an immersive performance experience. Our first show was this weekend, and it ignited a fire in her to keep creating.
