Honouring Ayla’s legacy and Memorial services

As many of you know, in 2016, Ayla Bergeaux was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer, giving her only 1 year to live. But cancer picked the wrong person and within 9 months she was in remission and had earned her second chance at life. And boy did she take it! Never have I met a person with a bigger hunger for life than Ayla. She has since climbed the ladder of her profession, continued to raise her son (whose now 13, making her proud everyday and currently residing with his dad while she undergoes treatment), impacted and inspired every person she came across and gave life a zest that I think we could all benefit from. But unfortunately, cancer was not so forgiving and has returned as Stage 4. She is unable to do the treatment she did the first time around but the Drs are giving a new method everything they have got. She has already started her treatments but it has completely impacted every aspect of her life. We are starting a Go Fund Me to help assist with all costs including (but not limited to) all medical expenses, home health costs, travel accommodations to get her son back home, and the many more things she will need to get her through this devastating time. She continues to keep her spirits high and we will continue to update you all as she moves through her journey to recovery.
