Support Baby Christopher's ICU Recovery

The Westlund family and baby Christopher could use a little help.

A little over 5 months ago, we all welcomed little baby Christopher and his twin brother Edwin into this world. Christopher was born with heart issues and needed surgery right away. The surgery itself went well, and the doctors were able to repair Christopher's heart. Unfortunately, there were complications from intubation during surgery. This has caused Christopher to be in and out of the ICU at Doernbecher in Portland multiple times for long periods.

These long, unforeseen hospital stays have caused financial strain on this family. This is the most amazing family I have the pleasure to know. Both Oliver and Anita work hard to care for and support their family. They could really just use a little help right now to take off some of the stress and allow them to concentrate on the care of baby Christopher during his long recovery ahead.
