Support Bailey as She Grieves Losing Her Parents

Donation protected
On March 3rd, 2022, Bailey received a phone call that no 25-year-old daughter ever wants to receive: her mom had passed away. Bailey only had a week to grieve before returning to work, for she had bills to pay during this challenging time. A week of grieving is not enough, especially for a young adult grieving the loss of her mother.

Bailey often found herself feeling lost with no sense of direction in where life would take her. Losing her mom made her lose sight of herself and who she was.

Bailey eventually found her motivation to enroll back in college courses and was doing well. She told herself that she would give herself a prosperous future in memory of her mom if not for herself.
She leaned on her dad for support. Her dad loved her and was turning his life around to be an excellent father figure to Bailey; it never went unnoticed.
She was doing well and started to see the light at the end of the tunnel until she received another challenging phone call.
On October 27th, 2022, Bailey's grandma called her to give her the heartbreaking news that her dad had passed away in a car accident. Bailey looked at me after receiving the information and said, "this is a joke."
How could one blame her for feeling this way? She lost her best friend seven years ago, her brother three years ago, her mom seven months ago, and now her dad.

Bailey is too young to bear this grand of a loss. She lost both of her parents in the same year. It was heartbreaking to hear her say, "I now have to live this life alone."

Bailey is surrounded by many who love her, and we have all supported her decision to take some time off work to allow herself to grieve and lean on those who love her for support.

Bailey is currently enrolled in courses at Edmonds College and wants to continue her studies. We're looking to raise this money to help support her cost of bills and college for the next few months so that she doesn't have to worry about finances while grieving her parents' loss this past year. Anything helps, and Bailey is so grateful to those offering support.
