One of the essential elements in the recruitment and retention of teachers of various ethnic heritages is access to mentorship and coaching. We offer pro-bono coaching and mentoring support for newly qualified teachers, early careers teachers, teachers and school leaders who are in need of support, whether it is with teaching and learning or with their desire to progress in their careers.

You can make a difference by donating to fund the training of new coaches or for a partial payment to our coaches for some of their time.
