Support Basgul’s Educational Journey.

I'm Basgul, a first-generation college student from Afghanistan studying Business Administration in Bangladesh. I used to be a student at Kabul University, living a regular life. But things took a sharp turn when the political situation in Afghanistan shifted dramatically. In August 2021, the Taliban took control of Kabul, and everything changed.
The Taliban imposed strict rules on women and girls, limiting our access to education and work. It felt like we were living in a closed box, where our dreams and aspirations were held captive. It remains that way to this day.
Despite these challenges, I refused to give up on my dreams. I kept striving for knowledge and opportunities, and that's when the Trinity College of Melbourne University offered me a scholarship in Computer science major . It felt like a glimmer of hope in the darkest of times.
But there's still a hurdle in my path – the first semester's tuition and fees. That's where you come in. Your support, whether it's a little or a lot, will make a world of difference for me. Your contributions will help me escape the limitations I faced and move towards a brighter future.
Thank you for your kindness,
Basgul
