Support Bastrop Family's Recovery from Fire

Hi everyone!

My parents recently lost their house in Bastrop due to a fire, and I’m starting this GoFundMe to raise money since they’ve lost everything. My parents are very hard workers, and this fire was completely unprecedented. I’m trying to help them as much as I can, but I don’t have the funds to buy new clothes and shoes for my brothers.

My mom and dad have steady jobs, but since losing their home in Bastrop, they will be staying with relatives in Austin. This makes it very difficult for them to get to and from work while my siblings attend school. My brothers (5, 14, 16) were home and unfortunately experienced mild burns. All pets except one were unable to be saved in the fire.

I’m raising as much money as I can to get my family back on their feet. They moved to Bastrop from Austin about 2 years ago, and this was their plot of land they bought in 2018. This is devastating for my family and those close to me.
