Hey y'all! My name is Heather and I am a cousin to the first victims of the I-75 shooting in Laurel County, KY. Becca Puryear, her Husband Chris and 4 year old son Christian had the scare of a life time on Saturday, September 7th, 2024. Although we are thankful Chris and Christian weren't badly injured, unfortunately Becca has a long road ahead with multiple injuries to the chest and arm. Surgeries and lots of appointments are to come. If you know her, or if you don't this woman is STRONG! She would never ask for help on her own. So with permission from her and her husband, I'm hoping as a community or just the kindness out of your heart to help them with travel, food expenses and household bills. She is unable to work at this time and her husband will be caring for her, so anything could be helpful for them. Please continue to pray that her injuries don't worsen. Thank you in advance.
