Support Bee's Battle Against Breast Cancer

Hi all,

I'm Wendy and I'm reaching out to all my brothers and sisters in Blue for this amazing woman Birgit (Bee) Farrier and to those you know her! Bee was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has to have both breasts removed and reconstructed. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover the plastic surgeon working with her general surgeon. Result is an outside plastic surgeon has to be brought in. These costs are currently unknown.

Any funds not used at the end of her journey will be donated to charities dear to all our hearts. The charities will be named as soon as funds potentially get released to them.

Bee has always put others before herself. She joined the blue family in Germany in 1993 and worked as an officer until she had to medically retire in 2010. Since medically retiring she's worked as a volunteer at many places helping law enforcement as well as military veterans. This has consisted of anything like making and serving food to hand making masks during Covid and sending them to officers all over the United States.

She's been married to the love of her life Victor for the past 18 years. If anyone deserves this, it's Bee! This woman is one of the most selfless people I have ever met and would give the shirt off her back for anyone in need. Anything at all would help tremendously.
