Hello, everyone! My name is Benjamin Beckerman, and I am a recent graduate of Burke Mountain Academy. My undying passion for skiing has been with me for as long as I can remember. With both of my parents being ski racers, it only felt natural to follow in their footsteps. I spent my early years skiing at Shawnee Peak but quickly transitioned to Bethel, where I devoted every weekend from ages 7 to 14 to becoming the best skier I could at Sunday River. At the age of 14, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming an elite ski racer, and that's when I joined Burke Mountain Academy.

While my time at BMA has had its challenges, it has also been marked by remarkable achievements. I'm proud to share that I've received two U18 nationals invitations, one US nationals invitation, four Eastern Region speed podiums, and achieved a top 5 position in the U18 nationals. These successes serve as constant motivation to keep my dream alive.

Every single day, I push my body to its limits, ensuring I am in the best possible shape for the sport I love. In addition, I'm working diligently to save for a postgraduate year, a crucial step in my ski racing journey. Although I am working as much as possible, being an eighteen-year-old means my financial resources are limited, and funding an entire season is currently beyond my means.

This is why I come to you, seeking your support. Together, we can turn my fifteen-year dream into a reality. My ultimate goal is to compete at the highest levels of Ski Racing, and with your generous contribution, I believe it's well within reach.
