Support Benji Chrisler's Daughters in Their Time of Loss

On the morning of September 25th Benji called into work letting them know that he wasn't feeling well and that he wouldn't be able to make it to work that day.He told a coworker he spoke to on the phone that he was having trouble breathing and that he needed to stay home. Later that evening the coworker tried calling to check in on him to see if he was feeling better, there was no response. After multiple attempts to contact him by family members the St. Paul Park Police Department was called to do a welfare check on him, when they arrived at his apartment they found him deceased. Benji was an incredibly kind and generous person who loved his family more that anything. He did not have any life insurance so any expenses have been paid out of pocket by family members.

We set up this gofundme to help cover any expenses (travel, loss of work, etc) for his daughters. Two of Benji's daughters live out of state and being able to cover their travel back to Minnesota is very important. Benji primarily worked in Cottage Grove at Taco Bell, Family Dollar and recently Hyvee, which made him a very familiar face around town. Benji loved spending time with his daughters, and grandchildren. He was an incredibly kind soul who always made sure everyone who was close to him knew they were loved and appreciated.

As of today 10-3-24 we do not have a date for his memorial services, but we will add that date and information once it has been confirmed.
