I wanted to take a moment to share with you all what I have been going through recently. The other day, I was not feeling like myself due to a new medication I was taking. I mistakenly took more than prescribed for a couple of days, which resulted in me feeling unwell. Knowing my body well, I checked my blood pressure and found it to be alarmingly low, 80/51/38.

Thinking it was a mistake with the blood pressure cuff, I sought help from a friend who is a nurse. After confirming my low vitals, I contacted a nurse for advice, who immediately advised me to go to the hospital. Upon arriving at the ER, I was seen immediately.

It turns out that I had a heart attack on the table, but the ER cardiac team acted swiftly and provided me with excellent care. They discovered a blocked artery and I now have a stent in place in my right artery, as well as a pacemaker to help regulate my heart rhythm.

I am grateful for the prayers, thoughts, and well wishes for my speedy recovery. I am currently bedridden, taking things one day at a time as I figure out what comes next. Despite the challenges, I have been told that I am strong and that my heart is doing well, not requiring much assistance from the pacemaker at this time.

I want to express my deep appreciation for all the support, love, and light that you all have sent my way during this difficult time. Your presence and positive energy have been a source of strength for me, and I am truly blessed to have each and every one of you in my life.
