Support Our California Closets Team Members Affected by the California Fires

Our California Closets family has been hit hard by the historic Los Angeles fires. Southern California is battling devastating wildfires that have already consumed 26,000 acres of land, destroyed over 1,600 structures, and tragically claimed five lives.

For us, this tragedy is deeply personal. Two of our team members, Bernadette Madden and Julie Bennett, have lost their homes in the Eaton Fire, which ravaged the city of Altadena. Now, we’re coming together as a community to help them rebuild.

About Bernadette:

Bernadette has been part of the California Closets family for four years, working as a designer in our Pasadena showroom (CA002 – Orange County CCO). She and her young adult sons are currently staying with friends and family after losing everything in their home.

About Julie:

Julie, a California Closets designer for the past four and a half years, also works out of the Pasadena showroom. She lives with her husband, two children, mother, and their dog. They are temporarily staying with in-laws after their home was completely destroyed.

Bernadette and Julie are beloved members of our team, and we are determined to help them and their families rebuild their homes and their lives. Any contribution you can make, large or small, will go directly to supporting them in this time of need.
