Support Bernie's Journey to Health and Happiness

My name is Ashley and I'm raising funds to help my Doberman receive medical attention. I saved him from euthanasia at the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter.

I am navigating a difficult situation with seeking medical treatment. Bernie has been suffering from a pretty bad UTI. We have seen two different vets already, but I will need to make an appointment again for bloodwork and testing to find out exactly what's wrong; this could include x-rays and even seeing a specialist. Testing alone can be expensive, so I am preparing for the treatment to be even more costly. I'm afraid the UTI may have spread and gotten worse. It's possible he might have suffered from some level of neglect, and it has been suspected that he may have a neurological disorder.

I am hoping for the best and doing my best to provide love and care for him, but I want to raise funds because it's possible the care he needs is complicated and extensive.

Bernie is an amazing dog. After 2-3 weeks, he made such good progress and showed improvement every day. He is a sweetheart and a gentle giant. He's a loving, loyal, and obedient dog that just wants to cuddle up and wags his tail for walks. Everyone falls in love with him everywhere we go. I really want him to recover and get healthy so he can be happy and active and live the life that he deserves!
